Plant Care:

• Light: Prefers full sun but can tolerate partial sun. For best growth and flowering, provide 6–8 hours of bright light daily. Indoors, place near a sunny window or use grow lights.
• Watering: Water deeply when the top 3–4 cm of soil feels dry. In hot climates, this might be once a week. In cooler months, reduce frequency to avoid rot. Always allow excess water to drain completely — this cactus does not like wet feet.
• Soil: Use well-draining cactus or succulent mix with added perlite or sand. Raised beds or large pots with drainage holes are ideal. Avoid compact or moisture-retaining soil.
• Maintenance: Minimal upkeep required. Prune or guide stems if growing on a trellis or stake. Watch for signs of rot in overwatered soil. Repot every 2–3 years or when root-bound.
