Plant Care:

• Light:
  Requires bright light to full sun for best growth. Outdoors, it flourishes in direct sunlight. Indoors, place it in the sunniest spot possible — a south or west-facing window is ideal. Lack of light can cause elongated or weakened growth.

• Watering:
  Extremely drought-tolerant. Water deeply but infrequently. Allow the soil to dry out completely between watering. During the growing season (spring to early autumn), water once every 10–14 days. In winter, reduce watering significantly once every 3–4 weeks is often sufficient. Overwatering is the most common cause of plant stress or root rot.

• Soil:
  Needs sharply draining soil. Use cactus or succulent potting mix, or amend regular soil with coarse sand, pumice, or perlite. Ensure the container has proper drainage holes to avoid water retention.

• Fertilizer:
  Feed sparingly. Use a diluted cactus or succulent fertilizer once at the beginning of spring and again in midsummer. Do not fertilize during the dormant winter period.

• Maintenance:
  Very low-maintenance. Remove dead or damaged stems with clean shears. Be cautious when pruning or repotting the plant exudes a milky white sap (latex) that can be irritating to the skin and toxic if ingested. Always wear gloves and wash hands after handling.
