Rosmarinus Officinalis or Rosemary, is a strong growing evergreen of upright habit, its linear, leathery, needle-like, dark green leaves are aromatic, and used extensively to add flavour to a variety of foods. Purple-blue to white flowers are produced from the upper leaf axils early, and often late summer.

Rosemary is a perennial evergreen shrub,It is an aromatic and distinctive herb with a sweet, resinous flavor. Rosemary is often used for seasoning poultry, lamb, stews, and soups.
