• Light: This plant thrives in moderate to bright indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves. In lower light conditions, the variegation may become less pronounced. It can adapt to medium light but will grow best with brighter light.

• Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch, typically every 1-2 weeks depending on environmental conditions. Reduce watering in winter when growth slows down.

• Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix that retains moisture but does not become soggy. A mix formulated for houseplants or tropical plants works well. Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.
