Veitchia Merrillii

 Veitchia merrillii is used a specimen, in small groups. On patios, terraces, atriums, courtyards, entrance areas, planters and containers.

SIZE: Grows 5m tall with a 3.5m spread at a rate of between 30cm – 1m p/a.

LOCATION: Does well in humid coastal areas. Does not do so well in the interior regions unless planted in a lawn or in an area with high humidity. 

WATER: Drought tolerant for short periods only for best appearance. Does not accept over irrigation or waterlogging.

Common Name: Manila or Christmas Palm. Available at Dubai Garden Centre of 150 centimeters height
