GARDEN SOUQ (Saturday Market) Terms & Conditions
All members who would like to participate in the GARDEN SOUQ (Saturday Market) must comply with the given policies, Terms & Conditions. By applying to become a member/ vendor, you agree and accept our Policies Term & Conditions. Dubai Garden Centre reserves the right to update and change the terms of these conditions at any time.
Become a Member
To become a member you first need to download and fill in the registration form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with images of the products/goods you intend to sell at the market.
Once you receive an approval for your registration from the team at Dubai Garden Centre you will be required to make payment of the membership fee. The membership fee will have to be paid in advance. The prices are as follows:
Fee for one week participation AED 200 only per week. This will include one 1.5m x 80cm size table + two chairs.
Package for 4 weeks participation – AED 500 only. This will include one 1.5m x 80 cm size table +two chair.
You will be required to bring a table cloth and other marketing props yourself.
The GARDEN SOUQ (Saturday Market) is a pre-paid event and you will be required to make all payment a minimum of a week prior to the market date i.e. latest by Wednesday.
A late payment fee of AED 50 will be charged weekly for any unpaid bookings.
Similarly if for any reason you will not be able attend the market on the registered date you will have to inform a week prior to the market date. In case you do not attend the market without any prior notification to us your money will be forfeited.
For all members payment can be made through the following options:
- At Dubai Garden Centre: You can pass by Dubai Garden Centre and make the payment personally.
- Debit or Credit Card: We can send you a link via mail wherein you can make the payment online.
- Cheque – Please address the cheque to Dubai Garden Centre and it should be dated on the same date as the cheque submission. We will not accept postdated cheques.
Currency – Dhirams only
Cancellation and Refund
We will not entertain any cancellation. If you are not able to attend a particular market it can be shifted to a future date with prior notification (minimum a week prior).
In case you wish to cancel your participation completely your fee will have to be forfeited.
Terms & Conditions
All members are required to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Market.
The GARDEN SOUQ (Saturday Market) is an outdoor event and will remain open through out winter season. For any reason if the market will not take place, vendors/ members will be given prior notification.
The rules for cancellation will remain the same from the members’ side.
The GARDEN SOUQ (Saturday Market) is a community event and in order for it to be beneficial to all we request each member to promote the event on all their social media handles, websites and other networks to create awareness of the event and encourage visitors to attend the event.
Non adherence to this policy can lower your chance of participation approval at the time of future registration.
